At 525 America, we want you to love your knitwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
